Logan was easy to communicate with — she assessed our cleaning needs with a simple form and quickly scheduled a deep clean followed by monthly visits. Starting with the deep clean kept things organized between cleanings, so Fernanda could come right in and get to it. She's prompt, attentive, and kind, always checking in to accommodate special requests. We have multiple pets and she's very considerate of them, which means a lot to us. Our home is a cleaner, happier place because of Careful Cleaning.
Fernanda is an excellent cleaner. I chose a deep clean to start and will follow up with weekly or bi-monthly service. It didn't take me long to realize this was the best decision. I had an evening appointment, and when I returned home the "clean" smell was very much a treat. Thank you so much.
